This is the picture I was able to draw using Google Docs.  This would be a good tool for students to use on collaborative projects.  It was nice that there are different options that can be selected when sharing such as letting other edit documents that are shared on this website. 

Zoho writer was user friendly and a good tool for students to use as well.  It was good to save projects so documents can be retrieved from any computer with internet access.  The fact that it is free is also useful when encouraging students to use it. 

I cannot say which one I prefer since I have not used either one on a regular basis yet but I can see how they are both different yet similar.  Zoho writer seems to be more for personal use and Google Docs is more for sharing.
