Thing #23

Creative Commons can be used to give permission to other people to use documents and websites you create without having to go through you or your attorney to do so.  This makes it easier and faster for information to be shared which is very important for teachers when they are creating their lesson plans.  The creator is able to put different kinds of protections on it depending on how much they want the information to be shared or if they want credit for the creation.  Creative Commons do not replace Copyrights.
